Homework of Direct workshop - Screenplay analysis

This is the script that Dr.Tuck give us:

Fade in from black: white text on black background:
Courage is the belief that there is something more important than personal safety.

Fade to black

Int. Day. Room

HE is sweating. Hard.
SHE stands impassive. Unconcerned.
HE rubs his wrist and we see HE is chained to the chair.

SHE
(Bright. Breezy)
Are you sure you wouldn’t like a drink?
(smiles)
Never too late to change your mind.

HE
(Afraid)
I swear, I swear. Please. Stop. Please?

SHE
(placing a briefcase in front of the chair)
Shush. Be quiet. It will no longer be necessary to lie.

HE
I swear...

SHE
Shush, shush.
(popping open the case)
I have here a bottle of medicine. God it’s beautiful.
Could you hold it please?

HE
Don’t. Don’t. I swear.

END

Question 1:
What is the script about?
A script is a written work by screenwriters for a film.  This script just has one scene and two characters. So it's not very complex. I cannot find out the completed story in this script, however, this script still illustrates character's temperament.

Question 2:
What's the plot?
Plot is a literary term defined as the events that make up a story, particularly as they relate to one another in a pattern, in a sequence, through cause and effect, how the reader views the story, or simply by coincidence.

Question 3:
What is this script really about? Write a treatment.
This script is about a man had been kidnapped and a woman threatens him. The man is truly afraid of something M(I really don't what is it), so this woman utilizes this thing threatens him to say something she didn't know. Maybe this is a story about a spy or war.

Question 4:
How is it feeling?
When I read this I feel very unpeaceful. I think the dialog is so effective that can influence audiences.
